below are 12-step groups that follow the "anonymous" programs. There
is an excellent LDS-based 12 step group called Heart to Heart, started by
a wonderful member of the church who has done much to help church
members in all addictions. There are not very many Heart to Heart
group face to face meetings that deal specifically with sexual
addiction, but the workbook called, He Did Deliver Me from
Bondage; is one of the best helps for an LDS member ever
