What's New at LDSR

There have been many enhancements to the bulletin board software.

Views

There are now three views of a board.

The New Messages View

This view shows only messages that are new since you last pressed the Leave button. They are organized between original thread messages and replies. This is the default view when you are on the board. This view helps us keep our bandwidth use down, which also keeps our costs down.

The Board Index View

This is the original board view, which shows all messages organized in trees, showing the original thread message and all of its replies, and replies to replies, etc. It is the most complete view of the board, as well as the most expensive.

The Thread Index View

This is the newest view of the board. It shows all threads, but only the message that started the thread. To see an entire thread, click on the initial message and a view of the whole thread will show.

Digest Mode

You can now see a digest of an entire thread. To do this:

1. Log into the forums.
2. Go to any forum you are subscribed to.
3. Click on either Board Index or Thread Index.
4. click on the Digest link next to the desired topic.

LDSR is no longer a stand-alone web site. It is part of a business now known as Inner Vessel Productions. Money earned at the web site is devoted to that business. Inner Vessel Productions is dedicated to the production of inspirational self-help material that reaches out to the world to promote personal morality and clean living. Money earned by any of the three flagship sites of Inner Vessel Production is shared by all three and goes toward these activities. Each web site benefits from the success of the other.

The job of keeping things going is enormous and funds are always needed. You can help by doing any on-line shopping through the web sites, which are: LDSR.org, SpringsOfWater.com, and InnerVessel.com. Clicking on any advertisement at any of the three sites benefits the sites. If you want to see if something you're wanting to buy on-line will benefit us, please go to the ads catalog. There, you can search by category of product, individual advertiser, or keywords related to products. Bookmark this page and return to it before you make any purchases on-line. If there is an on-line retailer that you buy from regularly, you can also help by letting us know if they have an affiliate program.

We also understand that if your life is affected by sexual addiction, you may not be in the best of financial shape. Buying on-line may not be something you can do. Donating may also not be anything you can do. You can still help. We are always in need of new articles and features. We keep some articles on LDSR, but most are on the sister site, SpringsOfWater.com in the Wilderness section. There are several new articles there. All are alphabetized. If you would like to write a poem, article, personal essay, book review, or anything that you think will help others, please let us know.
